The electrical control panel is designed for the power supply and control of single-speed and two-speed fans, including explosion-proof versions.
The panel is equipped with:
- Main isolator switch
- Overcurrent protection devices (circuit breakers)
- Contactors and control relays
- Signal indicator lamps (operation / fault)
All switchgear components are sourced from leading manufacturers of electrical equipment, ensuring maximum operational reliability and long service life, even in demanding industrial environments.
All components are installed in dedicated internal compartments behind front covers, enhancing both safety and durability. Only essential operating elements, such as actuating levers, adjustment knobs, and signalling devices, are accessible from the outside. Internal wiring is fully enclosed and protected, allowing operators to carry out inspection, servicing, and maintenance safely and efficiently.
The control panel has been engineered with both installers and end-users in mind:

The enclosure size is adapted to the number of connected fans, with the capability to control from one up to four fans within a single panel.
For project-specific requirements, the electrical control panel can be extended with additional automation components. Control of the unit may be based on parameters such as temperature, humidity, and time scheduling (operation in user-defined time intervals).
Electrical connections must be carried out in accordance with the start-up and commissioning instructions. The panel should be powered from the main switchboard equipped with a main circuit breaker and residual current protection, ensuring full compliance with safety standards.
The control panel is available in the following variants:
- ZS-…[-1;-2;-3;-4]/1 – for control of units with single-phase fans (1~ 230 V) and three-phase single-speed fans
- ZS-…[-1;-2;-3;-4]/2 – for control of units with three-phase two-speed fans (3~ 400 V)
